Her doctoral research, published in 2018, has reached a global audience, with thousands of downloads across more than 100 countries. A National Board Certified Teacher and certified leadership coach, Dr. Brownlow remains deeply committed to advancing the field of education and supporting the next generation of leaders.
She also serves as a site supervisor for administrative internships, is a former adjunct professor of educational leadership, and a statewide trainer for the Illinois State Board of Education. She has been a featured presenter for national organizations, including AASA and the Council for Exceptional Children, and has contributed to professional dialogue as a panelist and featured superintendent.
