Students may be required to work up to eighty (80) hours per week depending on preceptor expectations and the type of rotation. No alterations to a student's clinical or testing schedule will be made to accommodate outside obligations. The preceptor, at his or her sole discretion, sets the schedule for any given rotation. Students may not alter or refuse clinical duty hours assigned by the preceptor. If a student wishes to request a personal day during a rotation, prior written approval from the Director of Clinical Education must be obtained and the preceptor must be notified at the beginning of the rotation.
