Competency attainment report

*Note:* This table is a proposed implementation blueprint. The Program’s Self-Study Report establishes the six Program Competencies and the existence of Summative Written Examination and Summative OSCE processes; the Program formally approves this blueprint and retains the approved instruments as evidence before relying on the table as implemented practice. C1 - Medical Knowledge Competency: Graduates will demonstrate the medical knowledge necessary for safe and effective entry-level PA practice, including foundational and clinical knowledge related to anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, clinical medicine, behavioral medicine, diagnostic principles, and patient care across the lifespan. Summative Assessment: A blueprinted, organ-system and NCCPA-topic-mapped written examination administered within the final four months of program completion, with item - level and total-score reporting. C2 - Interpersonal Skills Competency: Graduates will communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and the interprofessional healthcare team.
