His career has taken him across all 50 U.S. states and internationally to Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and the Philippines. Dave credits a pivotal moment in his career to his pursuit of a Master’s degree in Leadership, which transformed his approach to management from an “art” into a “science.” Today, he is a subject matter expert in strategic planning, organizational culture, ethics, and high-performing work teams.
Dave Pauldine is a veteran executive, leadership consultant, and speaker who has dedicated over 35 years to the private sector of higher education. As the founder and sole proprietor of Pauldine Enterprises LLC, Dave leverages his extensive background as a “battle-tested” leader to provide impactful keynote speaking, consulting, and leadership development programs. Throughout his distinguished career, Dave reached the highest levels of executive leadership, most notably serving as the President and CEO of DeVry University and The Keller Graduate School of Management.
