Part 1: ATI Practice Assessment and Practice Remediation All courses with a standardized proctored exam will require students to complete the Practice Assessment and Remediation. If the Practice Assessment and Remediation is not completed no additional points will be awarded to the student’s final exam grade no matter what level benchmark they have achieved. 1. Log into ATI 2. Complete the assigned Practice Assessment for the course on the ATI website. Allow enough time to look up the answers to the questions in ATI materials and textbook. The more items the student got incorrectly, the more time will be needed to spend in remediation. • After taking the Practice Assessment, the student will be prompted to complete a focused review. Complete a focused review on the ATI website. ATI will customize the focused review based on the Individual Performance Profile. Download the ATI Individual Performance Profile for the Practice Assessment and upload to the correct drop box in the D2L course. • For each of those subtopics complete the suggested Active Learning Template. • These may be shown in blue as the student scrolls down the topic area being reviewed.
