+ Check in by last name → pick up your reader card (used for announcing your name on stage) + Proceed to your assigned line (A–E ) indicated on your reader card. Marshals will guide you.
🚶 Procession
+ Follow marshal instructions to enter the theater. + Fill all seats — no empty seats 🎤 On Stage + Follow marshal instructions of when to stand and line up to cross the stage + Have your name card ready to be scanned by staff + When your name is called, cross the stage, shake hands, and receive your diploma cover. Doctoral students will also be hooded on stage.
