Student Outcomes & Program Effectiveness
The Counseling programs at National Louis University serve a diverse population of adult learners, many of whom balance full-time employment, family responsibilities, and clinical training while completing their degrees. Program effectiveness is evaluated using multiple indicators, including persistence, completion, assessment performance, and professional outcomes.

Cohort- based graduation and degree completion rates reflect the program’s adult -learner population and non-traditional enrollment patterns, including part-time study and temporary stop-outs. Students who persist in the program demonstrate strong academic performance and successful progression toward degree completion.
